Horrible service

This company flat out lied to us in order to get us through the door, and now refuses to let us out of our timeshare unless we finish paying them a lot of money. It is ridiculous that they can provide such a horrifying service and then still have the nerve to request that we finish paying them for it. What ever happened to quality customer service? From the very beginning, Capital Vacations has shown us that that is not a priority with them. Hope this review can help anyone else who may be looking to trust this company make an educated decision before doing so.
